Compensation Rates Increase for 2014

For injured workers who sustain injuries or occupational diseases in 2014, their maximum rates of compensation will be as follows:

The maximum weekly temporary total disability compensation rate is $849.00.

The maximum weekly permanent partial disability percentage compensation rate is $283.00.

The maximum weekly permanent partial loss (or loss of use) rate is $849.00.

The maximum weekly wage loss compensation rate is $849.00.

The maximum weekly rate for violation of a specific safety requirement awards is $424.50.

The maximum weekly permanent total disability compensation rate is $849.00.
